Returns & Buy Back

I really hope you love your pre-loved pieces! However, if there is an issue, you have 14 days after receiving your order to get in touch to organise a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start the process, please get in touch with pictures and your reason via the contact page. If your return is accepted, I will let you know how and where to return the garment. Please don't return parcels without getting in touch first, they won't be accepted.

 

Buy back -

If your little one grows out of their Yoke pieces, I would be keen to hear from you so we can keep the garments in circulation! More details will be provided on contact.
